Worry-Free Limited Warranty
Eligible used vehicles come standard with a 100-day / 4,189-mile limited warranty, whichever occurs first. The warranty protects against covered mechanical and electrical failures involving eligible systems and components.
Covered systems may include the engine, transmission, drivetrain components, suspension, steering, air conditioning, heating, braking system, electrical components, and additional covered vehicle systems.
Coverage is subject to covered-component requirements, vehicle eligibility, exclusions, maintenance requirements, deductibles when applicable, repair authorization, claim procedures, and coverage limitations. The complete written warranty agreement controls the coverage.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return an eligible vehicle for any reason within 7 calendar days of delivery. The delivery date counts as Day 1. You may drive the vehicle up to 400 miles during the return period. When the vehicle is driven beyond that allowance, a charge of $1.00 per additional mile applies.
Return eligibility
To remain eligible for return, the vehicle must not have been modified, mechanically altered, damaged, involved in an accident, subjected to a lien, sold or transferred, used commercially without written approval, used in racing or off-road activity, or used in a manner inconsistent with normal vehicle use.
The vehicle must be returned with all keys, supplied accessories, original equipment provided at delivery, vehicle documents, temporary registration materials when applicable, and any other items delivered with the vehicle.
Refund process
For an approved return, the refund includes the eligible amount paid for the vehicle and the original shipping amount, subject to excess-mileage charges, vehicle damage, missing equipment, missing keys or accessories, unauthorized alterations, and other deductions permitted under the written return agreement.
The dealership will coordinate the return transportation according to the written return agreement. Refunds are issued after the return request has been approved, the vehicle has been returned, its mileage and condition have been verified, and the return documentation is complete. Refunds typically post within 2 to 3 business days, although the receiving financial institution controls the exact posting time.
Vehicle-specific eligibility
Warranty and return eligibility are shown on each individual vehicle page. Certain older, modified, commercial, specialty, or otherwise ineligible vehicles may have different coverage or may be excluded. Review the vehicle listing, Buyers Guide, warranty agreement, return agreement, and purchase documents before completing the transaction.
Separate protections
The limited warranty and money-back guarantee are separate protections. The warranty applies to eligible covered failures according to the warranty agreement. The money-back guarantee permits an eligible return within the stated time, mileage, condition, and documentation requirements.
